The Ruston Farmers Market aims to provide a direct-sales venue for Louisiana farmers, growers, and producers of local value-added products. We want to create a profitable market for our vendors while providing high quality, fresh, healthy food to our customers. Any vendor wishing to sell at the Ruston Farmers Market must read the rules and regulations, which are determined by the board of North Louisiana Farm Fresh, in accordance with state laws and local ordinances, and in conference with our vendors and customers. Vendors should also review the appropriate sections of the Food Handling Guide and Cottage Food law referenced in the side bar. Before selling at the market, vendors must submit a completed application to the board of North Louisiana Farm Fresh. Any questions concerning eligibility, the application process, or any of the rules should be directed to:

WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS ALL YEAR LONG!
Vendors who choose not to pay by the season or by the month may pay $22 for a single space or $40 for a double space by the week when space allows.

Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)
The Senior FMNP provides coupons to eligible seniors to use for the purchase of fresh vegetables, fruits, cut herbs, and honey at approved farmers markets and farm stands.
